None of my friends, nor I could positively identify this antique old bottle.   So we're calling it tramp art for now.   On the bottom of the glass we can see BOTTL FRANC.
Rich cobolt blue with natural bubbles inside.
Handmade ornate metal decoration strips have been soldered together at the seams for this regal look.   That repousse metal pattern has a gold color metal.
Then there is this spout that is silver colored metal and screws into the top.   It looks like an oil spout.
Could this be a perfume bottle, medicine, alcohol, distillery, etc.?
