Unique Silver Hand Made Pendant W/ Red Accent

Vintage pendant that is all hand done and is app. 2 1/2 inches long
It is in excellent condition and makes the nicest sound when the little bells move against each other!
Not marked but I am guessing at least a grade of 800.
