Cool old bicycle with lots of problems :
There are 2 repairs to the frame, the rear rack is cracked and crudely repaired with some epoxy, poorly repainted, not sure what's going on with seat tube. Measures 17 inches from top of down tube to center of crank. Pickup only, no shipping, license plate is not included
