VINTAGE 1970's COLIBRI JAPAN QUARTZ PIEZOELECTRIC LIGHTER GOLD w/ETCHED ROSE

I found this lighter in my mothers drawer. She smoked in the 1970's. My father owned a tobacco shop from 1969 to 2018 so I'm sure it was in the store for sale & my mom saw it & decided she needed to have it. I think my title and photos should tell it's story. I have no idea if it works or not as I don't have any butane fuel to test it. I am selling it AS IS. Condition is pretty good with usual wear. Weight is 1.9oz. Size is 3" x 3/4" x 3/8". To me the finish looks to be satin gold with the rose being pink and green.
