This is a rare vintage North American Rockwell lighter by Colibri. The lighter comes in the original box with the pamphlet. Measurement of lighter is in the photos. Condition is pre-owned vintage. Sold as a non-functioning item. Has some scratches from age and use. The wheel on the lighter feels loose. I do not know anything about the mechanics of lighters. Any trouble shooting or repair needed, and any cleaning/buffing is the full responsibility of the buyer. Sold as is, as shown. All sales final.

Vintage items may have a slight 'old' or 'storage' odor that is easily removed with a wash. No refunds on new items that have been opened. Should there be an issue with your item, I MUST be contacted within 48 hours of receipt. In the event a package is lost or damaged during transit, a refund will not be given until the Postal Inspector investigation and claim is complete. Members will be required to cooperate by providing clear photos of any damage and upload a video of dysfunctional electronics if applicable. Should the investigator prove the package was delivered undamaged, no refund will be given. This policy is to prevent fraud. Stolen mail is considered a felony. I am now documenting everything and will pursue legal action (at the buyers expense) against members who attempt to scam me. Should I incur a defect on my account from buyers who fail to follow these terms, the buyer will be required to compensate me for any losses including but not limited to eBay fee discounts. I am only a small business and I am an honest seller. I expect the same level of integrity and basic human respect.
