Vintage MCM Heavy Clear Green Glass Ashtray With Metal Insert

Old chunky heavy bottle green glass / crystal ashtray.  Square 5" x 5"
2.75 lbs
It is set in some metal insert with "BN" on the bottom and showing through the glass.
On the bottom is the information looking like old business card of the company from Newburgh NY with telephone number which is only 4 digits long.  This must be pretty old ashtray.
Metal parts have some rust, green felt on the bottom has discoloration and glass has small chip.
